"Lo Mai Gai" is a Cantonese dish, which is steamed chicken with rice in lotus leaf. In this dish, people put in mushrooms, chinese sausages, shrimps etc. It is particularly a favorite as a breakfast for chinese in dim sum restaurants and hawker centres (in Singapore).
