Kueh Dadar Mdm Ng



One thing I like about Living in Singapore is we are MULTI RACIAL. Because of this, it makes Singapore a FOOD HAVEN! Especially when it comes to sweet stuff, there are countless of KUEH KUEH that you can find. Peranakan originated Kueh Dadar is one of the antidote for my sweet tooth. Kueh Dadar is also known as Coconut Pancake Roll. I remember there was a period where many want to know how to make white color coconut filling for Kueh Dadar.
