Kum Heong Crab Chef Chan


金香蟹!A widely known dish, you can find it in Hong Kong, China and many other places. I guess many Singaporeans like me love the Chinese Cooking Crabs. Chilli Crabs, Black Pepper Crabs and Kum Heong Crabs! Just today afternoon, Chef Chan just had his Chilli Crab lesson, I can’t wait for his Kum Heong Crab!
