Our New Chef! Chef Mdm Lew has taught vegetarian for more than 20 years and she is one or the only vegetarian instructor when the Community centres in Singapore was first set up. For all these years, not only does she impart her valuable culinary skills to many students, but she also continues to horn her skills around the world.
She is now back in Singapore and is teaching many vegetarians culinary lessons.
Her Vegetarian Chicken Rice is back by popular demand soon after the first lesson. With this, Chefs’ Warehouse proudly presents to you, Our Vegetarian Chef Mdm Lew.
